We present you the first version of Gamedonia’s automated server code execution tool. But, what’s that? Scheduled Jobs is ready for live game operations Scheduled Jobs is the simplest way to schedule the execution of server code. Run it when you want, for as long as you need. It means you get absolute control over your scripts. We think it’s really cool! Scheduled Jobs are scripts you can create directly in the Dashboard, or upload them as a .js file from your computer. Simply choose the script you want automatically executed, and then select the scheduling options that work best for your goals. Hey game developers, Gamedonia Javascript IDE Debugger is here! Our support staff received inquiries about the possibility to debug code, and we listened! We’re happy to oblige. What is this debugger? Our first version of the IDE works as a plugin for the open architecture of Eclipse platform. We think that working in a familiar tool will help you develop more comfortably. For now, it will cover the backend functionalities of your game. This plugin lets you develop and debug code locally, so no web browser failures will add to your time of development. You can import and edit any script you previously created on Gamedonia Backend. They can be either Server Hooks or Custom Scripts, which you can download one by one, or all at once. Besides, this plugin lets you create and edit projects with a Gamedonia structure, just as you would do in the Dashboard via web browser. When you’re done smashing bugs and you’ve got code you’re happy with, simply upload the scripts back to Gamedonia Dashboard to get them running into your game. We have been working hard on updating our services and keep up offering you good services.
